Healthy Beers

As if we needed any additional reason to drink beer, this list from Esquire mentions the "healthiest" beers to drink.  There's some decent beers on this list too.  If you're looking for something light and/or healthy but still with full flavor, this is not a bad list to start from.

My personal favorite off this list is the Shmaltz Brewing Co. Rejuvinator.  They brew some pretty good beers at Shmaltz.
